In 2010, Jen was researching childhood obesity for her debut documentary “Health Needs a Hero." The former TV sportscaster and award-winning author was looking for one student to share their story. Instead, Jen uncovered 1,000 students in the San Antonio School District with a body mass index (BMI) over 40. Deeply inspired to find a way to empower young people to take ownership of their own health, Jen founded IHT.

Ben leads IHT’s focus in building strategic partnership alliances and product development, and has decisively positioned IHT as a market leader in educational assessment. Having worked in various senior management and CEO positions, Ben has more than 20 years of operational experience within early-stage companies. He also teaches in the Marketing Department at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business and serves on numerous nonprofit boards.

John has spent his career in the sales and managerial profession with over 20 years experience in developing new national and international markets for health and fitness companies specializing in wearable technology, fitness assessment, professional development and management software.

Sarah is passionate about education and serving students. She is an experienced, energetic, service-oriented leader who has enjoyed a career of creating opportunities for others to learn and succeed. She is known to have a smile on her face and will brighten your day.

Jessica brings a wealth of experience and leadership to IHT’s operations team. Her attention to detail and management skills have immensely strengthened IHT’s customer service efforts as she oversees the day-to-day operations and manages administrative, logistical and operational duties.

Clareann has spent her career working with research institutions and technology start-ups, developing technologies to support teaching and learning n various educational settings. She serves IHT's Midwest and Northeast clients.
Excited by learning and implementing better strategies for sales and digital marketing, Mark brings his experience from working at a Fortune 20 tech company and tech startups in the wellness industry to support the efforts to reach and inspire more students, educators and organizations.
DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS
As a member of IHT’s National Advisory Board and a customer for several years, Bev serves as IHT's Director of Customer Success, working to ensure the company delivers superior service, training and continual support to its customers. Bev’s career in teaching spans over 30 years at both the secondary level and in higher education.
CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
As the lead physical education teacher at the University of Texas Elementary School in Austin, Bob has been an IHT customer and Spirit System user since the company's inception. He joins IHT full time as a Customer Success Manager, where he'll work closely with teachers, schools and districts to maximize their use of the Spirit System.
DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION
Lois serves as IHT's Director of Education and the Customer Success Manager for our western sate customers. Lois received her master's degree under the direction of Dr. George Graham at Virginia Tech. Her passion in customer success is to educate staff so they may engage students with the use of technology.
Throughout his journalism career, Jay has shared his gift of telling stories. First as an author, local sportswriter, photographer, editor and publisher of two Austin-area award-winning community newspapers, the Lake Travis View and Westlake Picayune, Jay now serves as Content Manager on IHT's marketing team.
Alissa Magrum directs the IHT Spirit Fitfest powered by adidas community fundraising program. She brings a personal history of involvement in physical education and athletics to IHT, where she works with champion teachers and committees to help plan, organize and execute successful FitFest events at participating schools.
