Warranty Replacement Requests

If you believe an IHT product is within the warranty period and may qualify for replacement, please submit a request using the form below. This page is the official starting point for all warranty replacement requests.

Submit a Warranty Replacement Request

Please use the IHT Online Replacement Form to request replacements:

Link: ZONE/3.0 Monitor Replacement Form July 2026-June 2027

(Each form submission allows up to 10 replacement requests. Please enter each device as a separate line item.)

What Happens Next

After you submit the form, our team will review the request and verify warranty eligibility. We will follow up by email with a device-by-device summary confirming what is still under warranty and what is not.

If any devices are determined to be out of warranty, our warranty team will notify you. Out-of-warranty replacement options may be available for existing customers. Please contact your IHT sales representative for pricing and to request out-of-warranty replacements.

Return Instructions

If your request is approved, you will receive return instructions from IHT. When returning devices, please ship the product in its entirety (monitor, strap, and applicable components such as pins) and ensure the package is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.

For approved warranty returns, IHT will provide a shipping label.

Update: Charging Case Power Requirements

To ensure reliable performance and maximize the service life of the Spirit charging case and heart rate monitors, the charging case must be plugged directly into a properly functioning, UL-listed surge protector. The surge protector itself must be plugged directly into a properly grounded wall outlet. Do not plug the charging case directly into a wall outlet, a charging cart, or into any power strip, extension cord, or other device.

Like many electronic devices, the Spirit charging system may be affected by poor power quality, including electrical surges, voltage fluctuations, and electrical line interference (sometimes referred to as “dirty electricity”). These conditions can adversely affect charging performance and may cause damage to the charging case and connected monitors.

Damage resulting from improper electrical connections, failure to use a surge protector as specified above, power surges, voltage fluctuations, electrical line interference, or other external electrical events is not covered under the IHT Limited Warranty. Failure to operate the charging case in accordance with these requirements may void the warranty for both the charging case and any Spirit heart rate monitors connected to the charging case.

Required power configuration: Wall Outlet → UL-Listed Surge Protector → Spirit Charging Case

This configuration is a required operating condition and is intended to safeguard the equipment from common electrical disturbances that can occur in commercial, educational, and residential facilities.
