Jen Ohlson
FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In 2010, Jen was researching childhood health challenges related to obesity and emotional disturbances for her debut documentary “Health Needs a Hero." The former TV sportscaster and author was looking for one student to share their story. Instead, Jen uncovered 1,000 students in the San Antonio School District with a body mass index (BMI) over 40. Deeply inspired to find a way to empower young people to take ownership of their own health, Jen founded IHT.

Elizabeth Webb
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Elizabeth is a seasoned Operations Director with over 15 years of expertise in streamlining organizational functions, boosting productivity, and fostering business growth. Recognized for her strategic expertise and leadership, she has played a pivotal role in creating cutting-edge operational tactics that enhance our service to our customers. A proud University of Texas alumna, Elizabeth is dedicated to continually improving our robust operational framework. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing, hiking, kayaking, and traveling in her RV.

Lisa Rothstein
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Lisa manages the West, Southwest, and South regions for IHT. Coming from a family of dedicated educators, she spent the first seven years of her career teaching Kindergarten. With a deep passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of students, Lisa is committed to providing unwavering support to educators looking to enhance their programs with technology that promotes physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Outside of work, Lisa loves photography and adventuring with family and friends.
Ali Young
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ali manages all inbound leads for IHT. She has been working with schools to incorporate heart rate and assessment technology for more than 10 years. She has a passion for helping others learn about themselves through physiological assessment and creating intrinsic motivation for physical activity. Ali earned her Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Illinois State University. An East Central Illinois native, Ali now lives with her family on Florida’s Space Coast. She enjoys staying active with her 3 kids, paddle boarding, fishing and going to the beach.
Bev Brown
DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SUCCESS

Bev serves as IHT’s Director of Customer Success, working to ensure we deliver superior service, training and continual support to our customers. Bev taught Physical Education for 26 years at the secondary level before moving into higher education at Buena Vista University, where she was an IHT customer and advisor. Bev served two years on the Governor’s Council on PE and Nutrition in Iowa before being named President of Iowa’s State Physical Education organization in 2015. She is an avid pickleball player and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren Charlie and Jane.

Jay Plotkin
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

A native of Virginia, Jay has spent the last 27 years in Austin telling stories with the Austin American-Statesman and its affiliates. Jay manages IHT’s digital marketing, website optimization, and search engine optimization and also develops content that details the success of the teachers using IHT's heart rate technology with their students. Jay is married with identical twin daughters. He enjoys golf, basketball, tennis and running.

Brandon Wolff
CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

An accomplished teacher, coach and educational leader in Kansas, Brandon was an IHT customer and advisor before joining IHT. As both Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, he works closely with teachers, schools, and districts to maximize and expand their use of IHT. In 2014, Brandon was named the Kansas Middle School Teacher of the Year and 2015 SHAPE America Central District Middle School Teacher of the Year. In his free time, he shares time with his family and you can find him most weekends at a wedding or party, serving as a wedding officiant and professional DJ.

Aaron Adamson
OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Aaron works directly with our Chief Operating Officer to further streamline our organizational functions, boost productivity, and bolster business growth. Beginning his career in the Real Estate Industry and having transitioned into a more operational role for the last eight years, he understands that the continued success of an organization requires a high attention to detail, keen time-management skills, and the will to go above and beyond for the good of the client. A West Texas native, Aaron enjoys spending time with friends and family, vacationing and discovering new cultures and cuisine, and has a deep passion for all things pertaining to music and finance.
