This weekend, we’ll celebrate Christmas with our friends, families, and loved ones. From all of us at IHT, thank you for all the work you do for kids and their health every single day.

For IHT, this year has been filled with immense gratitude for so many. IHT and Adidas brought together a dynamic group of talented physical educators, administrators, charitable foundation managers and key influencers in education from across the country for a day of exploring and collaborating to determine the best way to move education forward though data collection, student empowerment, legislation, newly available funds within ESSA and corporate and charitable foundation partnerships.

The goal of the conference is to tap into the expertise of all attendees, and create a strategy that will ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach.

How To Win The Spirit Challenge – 5 Tips From a Former Winner

It’s that time of year again. The time when students and PE teachers across the country come together to compete in one of the most connected and engaging physical assessments in the country. The IHT Spirit Challenge powered by adidas is a competition held every semester where students and teachers compete to win a number of prizes including funding for their school and adidas equipment and apparel. This year, we’ve put together two separate challenges (Heart Rate and Attendance and a Twitter Post Sweepstakes) that will give everyone interested in healthy living an opportunity to enter and win.
