Q: Is there a minimum quantity to upgrade?
A: No! You can upgrade 1 or you can upgrade 1,000 (or more). The quantity depends on how many heart rate monitors you already have that you want to upgrade to Spirit 4.0 monitors.
Q: Do I have to return my old monitors?
A: No! You get to keep the old monitors to expand your inventory. Or dispose of the old monitors if you’d like!
Q: Can the old heart rate monitors be from any brand?
A: Yes!
Q: Do pedometers qualify?
A: Yes, pedometers do qualify. Any activity-tracking device is eligible.
Q: What if I no longer have my old heart rate monitors?
A: If the device is no longer available and a photo can’t be provided, we’re unable to apply the upgrade credit.
Q: How long is this limited-time offer available?
A: You have to talk with an IHT representative in January 2026 and get a quote for your Spirit monitor order by January 30th, 2026. Purchase orders must be received by June 30th, 2026.
Q: What happens if we can’t get a PO approved before the deadline?
A: If a purchase order isn’t approved by June 30th, the upgrade offer will no longer apply.
