ABC Unified School District (Calif.) School Board President Brad Beach promised to visit all 30 schools in the district over 30 weeks this year.
Last week, Beach visited Ross Middle School. On his visit, he saw students excelling in different areas including physical education. He noted during his visit that students wore IHT ZONE heart rate monitors and challenged themselves to improve their cardiovascular fitness by exercising in their target heart rate zones throughout class.
